Profiles

All settings for a copy task between source and destination folders are grouped together in a profile. You can create any number of profiles for your copy tasks and manage them in the profile list.

The minimum requirements for a new profile are:

• Define the copy mode
• Select the source and destination folders between which the copy operation should be performed

Profile Template

The profile template allows you to define default settings for new profiles. To use the template automatically, the option 'Use profile template when creating new profiles' must be enabled.

Profile Assistant

The profile assistant helps you configure the basic settings of a new profile. To display the assistant when creating a profile, the option 'Use profile assistant when creating new profiles' must be enabled.

Automatic Profile Execution

Profiles can be automatically started at specific times or defined events using the AllSync Scheduler.

Create Shortcuts

The shortcut assistant allows you to create desktop shortcuts to your profiles for quick and convenient execution with a click.

Chain Profiles

The profile chaining feature allows multiple profiles to be linked together so they are always executed in a fixed sequence.

Profile Storage Location

All profiles are stored in the Profiles folder located in the application data directory of AllSync.
