Terms of Sale
1. Contracting Parties & ApplicabilityThe contracting party for all purchases is MTSD, Thailand. In addition to these Terms of Sale, the AllSync License Agreement (EULA) applies, which you agree to during the software installation and as part of the purchase process.
2. Delivery and Provision
Software licenses are provided digitally. After payment receipt, the license data will be sent to the customer via email within 24 hours. This data is also permanently available in the customer account of the online shop. The license data also includes the access data for the protected customer download area, which allows access to the full version of the software. Physical data carriers are not shipped.
3. Priority Testing (Demo Version)
According to Section 2.4 of the License Agreement, we offer a free 21-day trial period. The customer is expressly encouraged to use this prior to purchase to ensure the software's compatibility and usability in their individual system environment.
4. Returns and Cancellation
The offered products are digital license keys which, due to their nature, are not suitable for return. Since the software can be tested extensively in advance, the right of cancellation expires completely upon the provision or sending of the license data. Subsequent reimbursement is excluded.
5. Prices & Taxes
All prices are final prices. Since the sale is carried out by MTSD (Location Thailand), no sales tax (VAT) is shown. Any applicable local taxes or fees in the recipient's country must be borne by the customer.
