Log these actions during a copy operation

This option enables you to have the following actions logged during a copy operation:

Delete operations
Copy actions
Filtered items
Backed up items
File conflicts
Structure conflicts

You should bear in mind that, depending on the data volume involved, additionally logging actions of a copy operation extends the time required to run the profile. The option is available from the AllSync Professional Edition.

Log all files copied during a copy operation to a daily log file

This option causes information about files copied during a copy operation to be written to a daily log file. The log file is recreated every day with the format expression AllSyncYYMMDD.log and is located in the Logs subfolder of the AllSync application folder. This log file is used for all profiles and provides information about AllSync's daily copy volume. The information is written to the log file in the following format:

date; time; profile name; source folder; destination folder; file name; file size in bytes;

Open log file for write access in Windows temp folder

This option causes the log file to be opened in the Windows TEMP folder for write access and to be moved to the profile folder after the copy operation.

Automatically remove entries from the profile log file when they are more than ... day(s) old

With this option, every time you starting a copy operation with the profile, the profile log file is checked and all entries older than the number of days you specify are removed.

Please note the Compatibility section under the Time format option.
When deleting old log entries, a new log file is always created first and then the old log file is deleted.

Copy profile log file to each destination folder

This option copies the profile log file to each destination folder after copying between all source and destination folders has completed. The log file is saved in the destination folder with the name ".txt". An existing file with the same name is automatically overwritten.
