Progress Indicator
During a copy operation or copy preview for one or more profiles, a progress indicator is shown. It provides detailed information about the processing status of the started profiles.Displayed Information
- Profile Progress
- Folder Pair Progress
- Progress bar: number of processed folder pairs in relation to the total number
- Source and destination folders of the currently processed folder pair
- Currently scanned folder path
- Progress bar: progress of the folder pair in percent
Only displayed if the option 'Show progress in percent between source and destination folder' is enabled in the profile properties. - Runtime of the current folder pair.
- Number of processed files and folders in the current source folder in relation to the total number.
- Amount of processed data in the current source folder in relation to the total size.
- Current Action
- Information about the action currently being performed
- Name of the file or folder currently being processed.
- Display of the source folder of the file or folder
- Display of the destination folder of the file or folder
- Progress bar showing the copy progress of a single file
- Duration of the copy operation for the current file
- Estimated remaining time for the file copy operation
- Current transfer rate in bytes per second
- Number of bytes already transferred in relation to the total file size
Buttons
- Help
Displays the help page for the progress indicator. - Pause / Resume
Pauses or resumes processing. - Cancel Profile
Cancels the current profile and starts the next one. - End Operation
Cancels the current profile and ends the entire operation.
Options
- Set application priority to 'Low'
Reduces system load if other applications respond slowly. - Delay disk access
When reading source and destination data, a defined pause is inserted after each found file or folder. The pause duration is specified in milliseconds. This artificial delay reduces disk access speed, allowing other applications to access the disk more easily and lowering overall system load. - Perform the following action after the copy operation:
This option allows one of the following actions to be performed automatically after the operation:- Shut down computer
- Shut down Windows
- Restart Windows
- Log off user
- Standby
- Hibernate
- Exit AllSync
- Lock computer
- Force action
This option forces the selected action. This is necessary, for example, if the computer is locked, as the action would otherwise not be executed. Note: Forcing actions 1–4 may result in data loss if other programs are open and data has not been saved! - Do not perform action if errors occur
Prevents the action from being executed if errors occur during the operation.
