Context menu
File
This context menu is displayed when you right-click a file within a group. If you hold down the CTRL key while doing this, the submenu with file actions will open directly.- Select/deselect file
Selects the file (☑) or deselects it (☐). - File actions:
- Open file
Opens the file with the associated default program. - Open file with
Allows selecting an alternative program to open the file. - Open file path
Opens the folder with the external program for folders. - Open file with external program
Opens the file with the external program for files. - Copy file
Creates a copy of the file. - Move file
Moves the file to another folder. - Rename file
Changes the file name. - Delete file
Deletes the file from the storage medium. - Move file to Windows Recycle Bin
Moves the file to the Recycle Bin. - Show file properties
Displays the properties of the file.
- Open file
- Remove file from search result
Removes the file from the search result. - Move to top of group
Sets the file as the source file for creating Hard links. - Select all other files in this group
Selects all other files in the group. - Select all files with the same folder path
Selects all files in the search result that have the same storage path. - Select all files within this file's folder structure
Selects all files in the search result that are located within this file's folder structure. - Deselect all files with the same folder path
Deselects all files with identical storage paths. - Deselects all files within this file's folder structure.
This command deselects all files in the search result that are located within this file's folder structure. - Delete all other files in this group
Deletes all other files in the group from the storage medium. - Move all other files in this group to the Windows Recycle Bin
Moves all other files in the group to the Recycle Bin. - Filter lists:
- Add file to file filter
Adds the file name to the file filter. - Add file path to folder filter
Adds the path to the folder filter.
- Add file to file filter
- Add file extension to a plugin list
Adds the file extension to one of the following plugin lists: Microsoft WordPad, Windows Internet Explorer, Windows Media Player, File Viewer or VLC Media Player. - Remove file extension from all plugin lists
Removes the file extension from all plugin lists. - Copy to clipboard
Copies file name and/or path to the clipboard. - Show Windows Explorer context menu
Displays the original Windows Explorer context menu for the file.
Selected files
Multiple files can be selected by holding down the CTRL key and clicking the desired files with the left mouse button. Then, a right-click on one of the selected files opens the following context menu:- Select files
Selects all selected files (☑). - Deselect files
Deselects all selected files (☐). - Compare files
Opens the two selected files with the external program for content comparison. - Swap file names
Swaps the file names of the two selected files. - Copy files
Copies the selected files to another folder. - Move files
Moves the selected files to another folder. - Delete files
Deletes the selected files. - Remove files from search result
Removes the selected files from the search result. - To clipboard
Copies the file name and/or file path of the selected files to the clipboard.
Groups
- Select/deselect group
Selects or deselects the entire group. When selecting, all files in the group are selected; when deselecting, all files are deselected. - Invert file selection
Inverts the current file selection within the group: selected files are deselected, unselected files are selected. - Remove highlighted group(s)
Removes all visually highlighted groups from the search result. - Open all files in the group with the external program
Opens all files in the group with the external program for files.
